Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows enough time for the appointment slot to be offered to another client.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize the card on file to be charged accordingly.

Late + No-Show Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for the next client.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount and may be restricted from booking future services.

First-Time Clients

Welcome! First-time clients are required to fill out a detailed intake form prior to their appointment to ensure a personalized experience. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and come with a clean face (no makeup if possible).

We’ll review your skin goals, history, and build a treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs.

Referral Program

Love your skin? Tell a friend!
For every new client you refer, you’ll receive $15 off your next treatment as a thank-you. Your referral must book and complete their appointment for the credit to be applied.

By scheduling an appointment with Hannah Riley Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all studio policies as stated above, including but not limited to the cancellation, late arrival, no-show, and payment policies.

You expressly authorize Hannah Riley Aesthetics to charge the credit or debit card on file for any applicable fees resulting from policy violations, including late cancellations, missed appointments, or tardiness that results in rescheduling or forfeiture of service.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in restrictions on future bookings.
